Since 2003 I have had a FAA flight instructor certificate. That means that I am an independent FAA instructor in Europe and under the responsibility of the International Field Offices (IFOs) in New York.
Every form of training for a new rating, except for a flight review (FR) and instrument Proficiencie Check (IPC), must first be approved by the Flight Training Security Program (FTSP).
And since 2020 an EASA flight instructor. where I am connected to 3 flying schools.

WINGS-Pilot Proficiency Program:

The WINGS - Pilot Proficiency Program is designed to help each pilot construct an educational curriculum suitable for their unique flight requirements.
